Those oversized, soft, Santoprene (processed rubber) grips win awards for easing fatigue and providing slip-resistant safety when wet. They feature "fins" that flex under pressure, conforming to finger grips. The tools have long handles and oversized heads, are heat-resistant to 400 degrees F, and are safe for use with nonstick cookware.
