this is a great product my kids use it all the time. However it is a little small for my b&d space saver toaster oven

Summary:Poor Packaging for Shipment

This pan set is an ideal size for a toaster oven. But, I received mine in a damaged state because Nordic Ware can't put a piece of light cardboard or thin foam packaging to separate the broiler rack from the broiler pan in shipment. As a result the broiler rack scratched and dented the broiler pan in all four corners.

I've complained directly to Nordic Ware, so hopefully they will correct this in the future.

I don't know why the other reviewers keep saying the "Teflon is flaking off". There *is* no Teflon. As far as I can tell, they just spray painted regular pans with black paint. Everything sticks to it. These pans are worthless, save your money.

The first time I had to LIGHTLY scrub the rack, pieces of non-stick coating flaked off. The rack scratched the pan it fits in the first time I very carefully put it in. It's as cheaply made as it is inexpensive. Definitely disappointing and not recommended.

This is a great product to use in toaster ovens. It is the right size and cleans easily. I gave three sets away as gifts I liked it so much. Saves energy to use toaster oven for a small fish or one or two steaks.
