Circulon 2 11-Inch Square Griddle

Our daughter-in-law had this item on her Christmas list. So I ordered 2; l for her and 1 for me. I'm sure glad I did. That griddle is just great.
Would recommend it for anyone who spends time in the kitchen!!!

Due to a confluence of circumstances four years ago when I was in the market for a new set of cookware I was able to try out 10" skillets from Analon and Circulon classic. After using each for a few days, I felt the Circulon unit with its' ridged non-stick interior surface heated more efficiently and was easier to clean. After a price check, I decided to purchase the full set. However, when I saw the subtle changes in the beveled interior configuration of the Circulon2 cookware I decided to opt for this set. I have been pleased with performance ever since.

One of the sales points for me was the ready availability of open stock items, including this griddle. I have a number of other options for preparing pancakes, fried sandwiches, burgers and the like but time after time I pull out this piece. It heats evenly facilitating lower cooking temperatures, never requires any oil, is fast and easy to clean and with minimal effort looks like it's brand new. If you're not familiar with Circulon, give this pan a try and I would be surprised if you don't end up going out and purchasing a full set.

This is o good quality reasonbly priced product, I have always been satisfied with the circulon products.

If I have a most valuable pan, it's this one. It's great for grilled-cheese, pancakes, sausage, etc. I'm on my second, only because it was cheaper to buy a new one than ship my first one from the South Pacific. One word of caution--don't use too much cooking spray on it as it will build up where it's not used as much. I think the manual mentions something about that.

The product arrived in a timely fashion. Although I have used it only once and the handle has begun to chip already.
