Standing 3-3/4 inches tall with a 10-ounce capacity, this shaker is constructed of attractive, brushed stainless steel with a mesh top for sprinkling cocoa on a Cappuccino Fiorentino, or dusting a pumpkin latte with nutmeg. The screw top comes off for refilling, and locks into place again to guard against accidental spills. A plastic cap covers the shaker when not in use to keep seasonings fresh. | Comment: | I have been looking for one of these for a couple of weeks. For the price, I thought it would work great. First, It was the size of a salt shaker (did not read description well enough). Second, upon first use while trying to apply a coating of powdered sugar on my funnel cake, I thought I was going to throw my shoulder out. The sugar just will not come out of the fine mesh in the lid. I had higher hopes for this. Unfortunately, It is now packaged for a return journey back to Amazon and I am continuing my quest for the perfect funnel cake shaker. |
