For grinding larger quantities of coffee beans for a coffee-drinking crowd, Capresso's commercial-grade Infinity grinder handles 8-1/2 ounces of beans at a time. Sixteen different settings--four each in the four categories of extra fine, fine, regular, and coarse--let you adjust the grind to the specific blend of coffee and method of brewing. The finest setting is ideal for preparing Turkish coffee, which is a rare feature to find in a grinder. A built-in timer sets the grind for anywhere between 5 and 60 seconds so you can walk away without having to constantly press a button to continue the grinding process. The Infinity has an advanced conical burr design made of steel that is usually only found on commercial grinders. This burr design slows down the gears and reduces the amount of friction and heat to preserve coffee's flavor and aroma. The coffee container holds up to 4 ounces of grounds and remains sealed during grinding. For safety, the bean container also needs to be locked into place for the Infinity to operate. For easy cleaning, the bean container and upper burr lift off so you can clean the grinding chamber with the included brush and wipe down the heavy-duty zinc die-cast housing. The 100-watt burr grinder measures 7-2/3 by 5-2/5 by 10-4/5 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde

| Summary: | Capresso 560.01 Infinity Burr Grinder |
| Comment: | I've had this burr grinder for only a few weeks, but so far, it has performed flawlessly. It's a little hard to clean the interior portion with the provided brush. I discovered that cleaning it with compressed air works great..... should you have an air compressor that's the way to go. |

| Comment: | Quite simply this is the least expensive home grinder that does a good job. I used an inexpensive Braun grinder for many years, purchased and returned a Lello 45800/3006 Ariete Burr Coffee Grinder recently, and observed others in use at various places. This Capresso grinder is far superior to all of those others. |

| Comment: | I bought the product mostly because because i could grind a somewhat large quantity at a time. Since my mornings are hectic and I can't afford the extra time to grind daily. The machine grinds wonderfully with a dial to match your grind preference. The draw back for me however, is the chute to the coffee bowl is to small and it gets plugged. Then the chaos begins and you have to take all the beans out (which spills alll over the kitchen counter) turn upside down and brush all the clogged mess onto a napkin. So for me the machine is aweful messy. So if you are not in ahurry and put a small amount of beans in the dispenser it will work just fine for you! |

| Summary: | Disappointed |
| Comment: | This grinder was good in producing an evenly ground product. Reasonably quiet. However, in grinding a rich soft bean (pure Kona) it clogs and cakes around the burr. If you do not clean at least every two days or so. a buildup of grounds begins that will soon kill the machine. Do buy the guarantee sold as an extra on Amazon or go elsewhere. |
