| Summary: | Great knife for smaller jobs |
| Comment: | This knife is now my "go to" knife for smaller cutting jobs around the kitchen wether it be slicing a tomato, cutting up hot dogs or anything in between. My wife is a little shaky with larger knives but has no problem with this little gem. Of course, for larger tasks, the 8" version R.H. Forschner by Victorinox 8-Inch Chef's Knife, Black Fibrox Handle can't be beat. Both are very sharp, hold an edge well and, when necessary, re-sharpen easily. |

| Summary: | Great knife for the money. |
| Comment: | Very light. Shape is a bit different from typical paring/chef's knife, but great for lots of all-around tasks. Good value. Not quite heavy enough to go through a carrot or similarly dense foods w/ease, but you can get used to it. |

| Summary: | Great knife, slightly small... |
| Comment: | This is a great knife. It comes extremely sharp, it holds its edge well, and it sharpens very, very easily. It has a comfortable handle and it doesn't suffer from any discoloration during use. |

| Summary: | Another hit from a fine manufacturer |
| Comment: | I have three other Chef knives from this manufacturer and am happy with all. Cook's also has reviewed their larger Chef knife as top notch. I primarily use this particular knife for vegetable prep. I like the balance and the fibrox handle has a great feel. Additionally, the price is a fine value. |
