Hamilton Beach 76606 Pop-Top Electric Can Opener, Black and Chrome

I like this can opener, it has 2 big positives and 1 big negative. The positives are: 1)Cuts the can below the lid lip without leaving a sharp edge. 2) It has Cord Storage!...yea!
The big negative is that, even though it says "locked" when you press down the handle to open a can, you have to hold down the handle until it's done to open a can...boo!
All in all though, it's still the best can opener I have ever owned. If you can deal with the negative, it's worth getting.

This is the best cutter-less, for safety and cleanliness, can opener for any price, and I've tried several for a lot more money.

Bought this for my sister for Christmas. She called to say it was her favorite gift. A few days later she called to tell me again how much she loved it and that it worked like magic.

This IS a great can-opener; the blade doesn't touch the food, it makes clean-cut safe edges, and is easy to use.

However, it will not remove the round-edged bottoms of cans (rounded by manufacturers for ease in can-stacking). I wanted to be able to remove tops and bottoms of cans, for ease in flattening/recycling, and was disappointed there was no fore-warning about this issue.

This can opener is the best electric can opener I've ever used. It has never failed to open any can I've tried it on. One thing I like about it, too, is that it doesn't cut the label of the can, so I never get a piece of the label that falls into the food when I empty the can. This can opener is definitely the best!
