Orka 12-Inch Stainless and Silicone Tongs, Blue

I bought this product based on the two previous reviews. I needed some silicone tongs to protect my new wok that is non-stick. I used it today to turn pieces of salmon. Anyone that has cooked salmon knows that you have to be careful turning the fillets, or they break up easily. The tongs allowed me to have good control on the amount of pressure that was needed to securely hold the fillets but at the same time not exert so much pressure as to break them up. The quality is good, and clean up is easy.

Since I have liked other Orka products, I thought I would order these tongs. They are safe to use with non-stick cookware and will not scratch. The silicone ends of these tongs have a little bit of flexibility to them that makes them a bit easier to use than the other pair of non-stick tongs that I have.

these are great. i ordered a second pair since i use them daily.. the edges are protected and will not scratch my cookware, goes right in the dishwasher and i love the little top piece that lets it stay closed for storage. this is the only brand i have that this feature really works. a great kitchen tool from ORKA--and love the blue-go orka.
