Comment:	The hot plate is really wonderful with a small exception. I'd like to leave it plugged in all the time but since a blinking light comes on when there is power, I don't. I assume the light would burn out fairly soon if it ran 24/7. The hot plate is fast - if that's what you need - has plenty of heat levels and a warm button (love that). I'm convinced that induction cooking is the way to go.
