| Summary: | Make gourmet chopped lettuce salads in seconds |
| Comment: | This is my favorite kitchen tool. It chops salads into even pieces in seconds. Just make a few slices in one direction and then across in the other direction. If you really want small pieces like gourmet chopped salads, just continue. |

| Summary: | No more brown lettuce! |
| Comment: | I was surprised at the number of people who have no idea that the brown edges on cut lettuce are from the metal on the knife they use. (Supposedly, this is rust.) I have used a plastic lettuce knife before and just recently found this one. Great price. Works just like it should. Once you try this, you'll NEVER cut lettuce with anything metal again. |

| Summary: | Love this Handy Knife! |
| Comment: | I buy a few of these at a time. They are great for lettuce, but I use mine more often for brownies and desserts. We attend quite a few auctions and always participate in the dessert auction. I use a plate I don't mind losing and include the "lettuce" knife with it. It is sharp, won't damage the plate or non-stick pans and cuts like a dream. Also, since it's so cheap, I don't mind giving it away with cakes and desserts. When using at home, I love the fact that it is dishwasher safe ( my husband sticks EVERYTHING in the dishwasher). |
