well I guess I join the other reviews concerning Chef Peg Products, never received product, never got response to my emails, just charged my credit card and gobbled off! seriously the fact there seemed to be quite a few complaints about them why does amazon.com continue business with them? I for one will not be ordering from Amazon agan . J.D

I made a chocolate angel food cake and even though this is a light textured cake it was great. The pan did not stick, all the features of the turkey were clear. I put them together with icing and a few toothpicks. I also made cornbread in it and that was great too. Thanks to Martha Stewart for having this on her show or I probably never would have known about it. The package arrived about 3 days after I ordered it which was great. BP

Delight is the word I can use to discribe the faces of the people that came over for Thanksgiving. The cake was moist and looked wonderful. It takes about 1 1/2 boxes of mix if you wish to used a box mix, but the receipe that comes with it is great. We made 3 cakes and it will be a tradition from now on. Thanks!

I can't really review the pan because I never received it. Your seller never sent it - Chef Peg was the seller I believe. You should have more reputable people if they are connected with Amazon. I'm still waiting for my refund!

Summary:Fun cake for the holidays!
Comment:

The cake pan worked wonderfully, and I made a pumpkin cake twice during Thanksgiving holidays. We used it as a centerpiece on Thanksgiving Day -- everyone was impressed to see a real 'turkey' cake.... I used the pumpkin cake recipe that comes with the pan, and there were a couple ingredients omitted in the directions (put included on the list of ingredients). This was just a minor complaint and easy to notice & correct. We used a store-bought can of orange icing (with different nozzles) to add decorations, but sprinking with powdered sugar is OK. Making and putting the cake together takes some effort, but I recommend this item as well worth the trouble!
